Shipping Policy
WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS. Though most of our items are still running at standard production times, we are unfortunately experiencing significant delays with our suppliers in Ukraine. Please note that orders placed with our manufacturers in Ukraine will most likely be delayed by several weeks. If you need an item by a certain date (or if you have any questions about which items are being affected), we kindly ask that you please contact us before placing your order. We won’t be guaranteeing delivery times at this time, but we can give you good information about what can and cannot be delivered and their current delivery schedules. Beyond that, your best bet is still to look for items that are in stock. If an item is listed “in Stock,” it means we have it in the store and can ship it the same day in most cases. Items that are in stock will typically ship from our Kansas City shop within 1-3 business days.
If an item is in stock, the phrase “in stock” will be in the item’s listing. If you purchase practice wear or shoes and the item(s) are not in stock, they will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. This can take as long as two weeks or more.
Please note that ground or overnight shipping selected at checkout applies ONLY once we receive your item(s) from the manufacturer.
If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us to discuss delivery times for specific items BEFORE making your purchase. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Once we receive your item from the manufacturer, it will be inspected for quality and shipped to you.
Shipping Outside of the US
If you need your order shipped to a country outside of the United States of America, the option is available during checkout. Just choose your country and the shipping price will populate. We use FedEx International Priority for all international shipments. Most shipments take 3-4 business days to be delivered once they have left our facilities. The current shipping fee for international shipments is $55 USD.
